           Reason for application:


Collection of refuse and recycling is made from the front edge of the property unless:-
•  a resident is unable to carry bags or bins to the front edge of the property by reason of infirmity or disability, and
•  there is no other household member who is resident on collection days who is able to carry bags or bins to the front edge of the property.

On receipt of an application for assitance the council will contact you to arrange an assessment.
